FAQ


1. Payment methods

Our website uses Paypal as the online payments system in Hong Kong. It includes Visa/ Master Card/ American Express/ Discover/JCB/ Diner’s Club/ Union Pay credit cards.


2. Mainlife.com.hk shows my transaction is failed, but I received a confirmation from the bank that the amount is being transferred.

The order will not be processed. Please contact eshop@mainlife.com.hk for support.


3. I have already inputted my credit card information, why my order payment failed?

Please confirm if the payment information you inputted is correct, including credit card number, expiry date, CVN and one-time password. The transaction cannot be processed if there is any wrong credit card information or disconnection during payment.


4. Cancel order

Once the payment is done, the order information is confirmed, and we will reserve stock. Therefore we are unable to amend the order.


5. How to return or exchange the products?

We take extra care in packaging our products to ensure the product arrives safely to you. In the case that the product identity is wrong or omitted, please notify us within 24 hours from the date of pick up of the product. No other returns or exchange are permitted. Please refer to Term & Condition 6.5.3. for details. The extra delivery fee cannot be refunded.


6. How can I get an invoice for my order?

The invoice will be enclosed with the Product.
