Please read these terms and conditions ("terms") carefully. By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you shall NOT access or view this Site or purchase any products via this Site. This Site is provided to you free of charge, without any warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated. The information contained in this Site is intended for general information purposes only and such information is not intended to be, nor should it be, relied upon as constituting professional advice. Except as expressly provided for in this Site, Main Life shall not be responsible for the Content or use of any webpages or any messages sent or received by you. Neither Main Life nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies owe any liability to you in relation to damages incurred using this Site.
Main Life reserves the right at any time and without notice to enhance, modify, alter, suspend or permanently discontinue all or any part of this Site and to restrict or prohibit access to it.

3. Use of the Site
You shall not use this Site for any illegal purposes and in breach of the proper use of the sectors in this Site. In particular, you agree that you shall not send, use, copy, post or allow any posting which is defamatory, obscene or indecent under the relevant laws of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region, or which is abusive, indecent or in breach of the privacy of any person. You agree not to send any unsolicited promotional or advertising material, spam or similar materials or any volume messages which may interfere with the operation of this Site or with the enjoyment of this Site by other visitors.
You hereby agree to indemnify MainLife against any costs, claims, losses and damages (including legal fees)incurred by or awarded against Main Life as a result of your misuse of this Site or your breach of these terms. Any violation of the terms will subject you to civil liability or even criminal liability including but not limited to compensating Main Life for any damages to its reputation and losses arising from any governmental action. If you are in breach of these terms or of MainLife's privacy statement, Main Life reserves its option to suspend or block your access to this Site and refuse to provide you with any further access to it.

No information on this Site is provided for the purposes of medical marketing and advertising nor shall information on this Site be construed as constituting any advertisement, promotion or marketing of the medical products.
No information on this Site should be intended as and be construed as medical advice. You should consult your doctors for medical advice.

While this Site may provide links to external sites, Main Life has no control over the content of external sites. Links are provided for convenience only and no endorsement of any party, products or services is expressed or implied. Main Life will not be held responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content, or the security of any activity carried out on the external sites. Your use of any external siteis at your sole risk.
6. Services
Our Site has a health product e-shop sector facilitating a convenient way to shop online by using application or software (“Services”). Whereas the contents of Pharmaceutical Products and Medical Supplies sections of this Site is provided for healthcare professional's viewing, general information and educational purpose, no Contents on this Site should not be construed as providing any kind of medical advice or recommendation, and no reliance should be placed thereon for any decision or action made or taken by you.
6.1. Registration
You are required to register with us when you use the Services or place an order. By submitting your registration to us, you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
In consideration of your use of our services, you agree to (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when filling out our registration form; and (ii)maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your registration. You can contact us by e-mail using the Contact Us facility or by post to Marketing Department of Main Life Corporation Limited, 9/F, Winning Centre, 46-48 Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong if you would like to update or amend your registration information.
6.2. Payment
6.2.1. We offer e-store service for health products via our Site. All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars.
6.2.2. Acceptance of orders is subject to our sole discretion. A final receipt will be issued with the goods on delivery.
6.2.3. Placing an order via our Site means you agree to purchase products or services and appoint us to deliver to the specified address(a designated physical store/ location) for you to pick up in accordance with the terms set out herein. After receiving your order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order but, it does not automatically mean your order is accepted unless we have expressly accepted it. We reserve the right to reject any purchase order without giving any reasons. In the event that we are unable to accept your order (for example due to payment issue, or product unavailability or your violation of the terms of use), we will notify you by phone or email.
6.2.4. We accept payments made by Paypal and bank transfer. When you place an order and opt to pay via Paypal, you authorize us to debit the payment method you register with Paypal for the amount stated in the order at the time you check out your order.
6.2.5. Paypal is a third-party payment service to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and kept by us and a payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making credit card transaction, and in no event, we shall be liable for any losses in whole or in part as a result of your use of the third party payment service.
6.3. DELIVERY
6.3.1. We shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products to the delivery address as specified by you in your order form but shall not be liable for any delays, change of delivery time or non-delivery for causes beyond its control.
6.3.2. We will only serve delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories and certain designated rural areas or the outlying islands in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. No delivery services shall be available on all public holidays (including Sunday), the 1st and 2nd day of Chinese New Year, and when typhoon signal No 8 or the black rainstorm signal is hosted or such other weather condition whereby delivery is considered unsafe. We reserve the right to cancel or change the delivery date of the order.
6.3.3. You agree and accept that you will collect your ordered Product from our third party’s logistics center (e.g. SF Express) and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund.
6.3.4. We will deliver the Product ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order through a third-party provider (e.g.SF Express). You agree to present your photo identification upon request when you acknowledge receipt of the Product. The Product shall be and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the product is delivered to the delivery address provided by you. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons.
6.3.5. You will become the owner of the Product you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once Product has been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.
6.4. VARIATION/ CANCELLATION OF ORDER
6.4.1. Once the payment is done, the order information is confirmed, and we will reserve stock. Therefore, we are unable to amend the order.
6.4.2. Subject to your consent, we may substitute a Product for another similar Product if the initial Product ordered by you is unavailable. Otherwise, the Product will be deleted from your order and the bill will be adjusted accordingly.
6.4.3. All discount items, free gifts, and redemption terms are subject to stock availability. No substitution and no prior notice will be made if the stock is not available.
6.5. RETURNS OF PRODUCTS / REFUNDS
6.5.1. Images of Products on this site may not correspond exactly to the Product description and are for reference only. You shall not be entitled to return a Product on the basis that it does not correspond exactly to its online image.
6.5.2. We shall assume no obligation or liability for any advice or information provided with Products displayed on this Site and shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information.
6.5.3. We shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled and shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner:
(a) If any Product is already expired, or omitted in the pick-up, or if the wrong Product is provided for pick-up, we shall either refund to you the price of that Product or replace the Product. You must notify eshop@mainlife.com.hk within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery or order pick-up.
(b) If any Product which was not included in your order is delivered to you or provided by pick-up by mistake, we reserve the right to collect the wrong Product delivered from you.
(c) If you have been charged for a Product which has not been delivered/picked-up, we shall refund to your price of that Product as originally charged to you or arrange for re-delivery.
(d) If you are charged more than the Price of a Product, we shall refund you the difference.
With the above conditions, please note that you must notify us regarding that good(s) within 24 hours from the date of delivery or self-pick up of the Product. Any refund or exchange of the Product must be made within 7 working days following the date of delivery or self-pick up of the Product. After notifying us, you need to return that Product to Main Life office for exchange or refund during the office hours between 9:00 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
6.6. The liability to any Product delivered is limited to refund or replacement specified above. All other remedies are excluded.
6.7. Refunds shall be credited, at our option, to the Customer's credit card account as supplied in the registration form or in the form of cash.
6.8. In case of dispute, we reserve the right of making the final decision.
6.9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
6.9.1. We do not represent or warrant that access to our Site (including using our applications or software), or any part of it, will be uninterrupted, reliable or fault-free.
6.9.2. We do not represent or warrant to you that our Site or any of its Contents will be accurate, complete or reliable.
6.9.3. We do not represent or warrant that: (i) any services (whether or not provided by us) will be provided with due care and skill; or (ii) any Product (whether or not provided by us) will be of merchantable quality or will be fit for any purpose (even if that purpose has been previously notified to us).
6.9.4. You agree that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.
6.9.5. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise and whether or not due to our negligence) which we may otherwise have to you as a result of: (i) any technical, factual, textual or typographical inaccuracies,errors or omissions on or relating to our Site(including using our applications or software) or any information on our Site;(ii) the unavailability of our Site(or any part of it), Product or Services;(iii) any delay in providing, or failure to provide or make available, Product or Services, or any negligent provision of Product or Services; (iv) any Product not being of merchantable quality or fit for their intended purpose; or (v) any misrepresentation on or relating to our Site, the Productor the Services.
6.9.6. Save as required by law: i) we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses, including loss of profits, business or goodwill , arising out of any problem you notify us, and (ii) we will have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation except otherwise specified in these terms and conditions.
6.9.7. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase Product from our Site. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the Product you purchase.
6.9.8. You agree that each of these limitations is reasonable having regard to the nature of our Site and in particular given that when you purchase Product through our Site you will enter into a separate contract with the supplier in each case.
6.9.9. None of the above exclusions shall affect any statutory rights which are not capable of being excluded. However, in such a case, our obligation, where permitted by law, will be limited to the resupply of our Services or the Product to you.
6.9.10. Each of the above exclusions or limitations shall be construed as a separate, and severable, provision of these terms and conditions.
6.10.Warranties
You represent, warrant andcovenant that you will not: (i) use our Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose; (ii) use our Site to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others, including without limitation others'privacy rights or rights of publicity; (iii) interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Site or the servers or networks used to make our site available; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks; (iv) transmit or otherwise make available in connection with our Site any virus, worm, Trojan horse or other computer code that is harmful or invasive or may or is intended to damage the operation of, or to monitor theuse of, any hardware, software, or equipment; (v) reproduce, duplicate, copy,sell, resell, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of,use of, or access to our Site (including our applications or software); (vi)modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble anyportion of our Site (including our applications or software); (vii) frame or mirror any part of the Site without our express prior written consent; (viii)create a database by systematically downloading and storing the Content, usercontent or any Site Content; and (ix) infringe any copyright, design right and intellectual property right in the Product.
6.11.Content
6.11.1. The Intellectual Property Rights in all Content are owned, controlled or licensed by or to us. Except for the rights granted to you under clause 6.4.2, nothing in these terms and conditions shall confer on you any right or interest in the Content and all other rights are reserved to us.
6.11.2. Subject to these terms and conditions, you may use the Content for your own personal purposes.
6.11.3. Unless you have our express written consent or you are expressly authorised by law to do so, you shall not:(i) use the Content for any commercial or other non-personal purpose; (ii) make any copies of the Content or transfer the Content to any other device or any other person; or (iii) otherwise reproduce, distribute, communicate to the public, modify, reformat, prepare derivative works of or display the Content.
6.11.4. You acknowledge and agree that we may cease to supply any of the Content to you at our sole discretion if you are in breach of any of the terms of this clause.
6.11.5. We shall use all reasonable commercial endeavors to ensure the accuracy of the Content but gives no warranties and makes no representations, express or implied, statutory or otherwise regarding the accuracy, quality or completeness of the Content or its fitness for any purpose and we exclude any liability relating to it. We do not accept responsibility for loss suffered as a result of reliance by you upon the accuracy of information contained on our Site.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us and all of our directors, employees, and contractors, and hold us all harmless from any claim, loss, damage, cost, expense (including legal expenses) or other liability which may be incurred by us arising out of any breach of the covenants, warranties, representations and agreements herein.
Termination
We may terminate your access to our Site or registration immediately if you are in breach of any of these terms and conditions.
Any rights that have accrued to either party at the date of termination will remain enforceable after termination.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny users access to our Site or any part of our Site without notice and to decline to provide our Services to any user that is in breach of these terms and conditions.

Communications from users or other material sent through the internet, posted on the Main Life Site or otherwise(other than those containing personal and/or health-related information, which fall within Main Life’s Privacy Policy) are deemed to be non-confidential and proprietary, and Main Life shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information. Main Life shall be free to use this information for any purpose it deems appropriate, including reproduction and publication, and may use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes, without paying users for the right to do so.
Privacy
Main Life respects the privacy of its site visitors. Please refer to Main Life’s Privacy Policy for an explanation of your rights and responsibilities with respect to the information that is disclosed on this site.
Amendments
These terms may be amended by Main Life from time to time.
Prevailing Language
In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between this English version of the privacy and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the Content of this Site are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
